①オフコートコーチングシステムのご案内
Information on off-court coaching system registration
本大会は、オフコートコーチングシステムのトライアル大会となっています。
システムの利用を希望する選手は、コーチングする方のID取得の上で、当日試合前に申請が必要です。
試合直前にID取得の申請をいただきましても、手続きが間に合わない場合がございます。
余裕をもって、事前に申請していただきますよう、お願い申し上げます。
オフコートコーチングシステムの本大会の運用とITFからの公式案内は、こちらからご確認ください。
This tournament is a trial tournament for the off-court coaching system.
Athletes who wish to use the system must obtain the ID of the person they will be coaching and apply before the match on the day of the game.
Even if you apply to obtain an ID just before the match, the procedure may not be completed in time.
We ask that you please apply in advance with plenty of time to spare.
Please check here for information on the operation of the off-court coaching system for this tournament and official information from the ITF.

大会期間中、選手・コーチ・家族・選手のゲストの方へ、IDカードをお渡しします。
来場されるコーチ・家族・ゲストの方をお知らせ下さい。
事前にお知らせいただくことで、来場後スムーズにお手続きが完了いたします。
ID cards will be handed out to athletes, coaches, family members, and guests of athletes during the tournament.
Please let us know the coaches, families, and guests who will be attending.
By letting us know in advance, the procedure will be completed smoothly after your arrival.
③コートサイドインフォメーションご協力のお願い

観客サービスの１つとして、試合中のコートサイドに、顔写真入りのプロフィールを掲示します。
スマホで撮ったスナップ写真で構いませんので、写真をお送り下さい。
名前と所属、好きなこと・ものをお知らせください。
ご協力、よろしくお願いいたします。
As part of our spectator services, we will display profiles with your face photo on courtside during the match.
Please send us a photo, even if it is a snapshot taken with your smartphone.
Please let us know your name, affiliation, and what you like.
